I was about to write the post early, but I had a sense that I want to do bit more in a good way so that I can write it well and now thus putting it off here.. Being a writer, I always have lots of things to do like preparing drafts for the graduation, post graduation students and PhD students. It’s just like as writing a very lengthy essay which contains introduction that will develop an argument by using the research data and other kinds of proofs, along with some of my critical thinking about the evidences and some arguments. All this will finally end up with the conclusion.

The essay was about 52000 lengthy, more than the average essay writing. The basic idea behind is the point of teaching myself as a student on how to produce the well researched sustained academic piece of writing and thinking which will enable me to move forward to in my own ability to think deeply and do the research, in order to get the knowledge on the particular writing as well as in my field. In Fact I wanted to learn on how to think on the outside of narrow ideas.

Well, this is what the university essay is aiming to teach the college students. Under most of the essay writing guidelines, I found that the first part was the intro where students are asked to write essays at universities. Such college essays generally focus on getting the students to refer a variety of sources on the particular topic. And they do make the response to the question that they have been asked and make the arguments using those sources. They are responding only to the specific topics. What they want to do is they need to learn, they need to think about, which will take them beyond their own narrow ways of thinking. This will help them to perceive and get the talent to have in the world of work. Each works are indeed of the workers who are able to have a relevant knowledge and skills in various ways under different situations. One can learn how to do this in different ways and they can become more proficient and certain readers, writers and thinkers.

When there are various forms of written works which are useful for the students, will enable them to find, use think and write about the topic knowledge. I think the university essay will go on, so that there will be an workouts in reading, thinking and writing for the  students, in order to develop their ability to link and contribute to, and also to extend, society’s conversations about itself.

Bring Out the Leader in You

http://essayservices.org

A leader is made, not born, as many believe. A true leader not necessarily the one at the helm of things he is one whose points others would want to follow. Each one of us can be a leader just that we have to work towards it.

So who is true leader? What is his proper significance? A true leader is one who would be capable to guide others either by directing a specific procedure or by doing something himself. In today’s competitive world, development of one’s standing in the work place depends not on the number of years put in as in the good old days, but on actual results, on performance.

If you are capable of outstanding the work, your importance in an association automatically goes up, and there would be many who would want to imitate you. This quality and attribute makes you a leader in the true sense of the word.

You might ask yourself that can I aspire to be a leader! Yes, definitely. Put in the exact kind of effort in the right direction and a leader is what you shall be. Each one of us is a unique individual so our ways of accomplishing the same thing might be different. No one needs a formal title to be a real leader, for leadership is something that needs to be developed on a personal level if you desire to succeed in life.

Parenting Tips to Instill Confidence in Your Child

All children face some hardships while trying to become confident. It is an important responsibility of the parents to equip the children with enough confidence. With confidence they will not only survive, but thrive in life. Self confidence and competence supplement each other. A confident child will have a positive and realistic perception of his or her abilities. Confidence will induce performance of children too. The encouraging words of parents boost children’s confidence level immensely especially when parents refer to the specific efforts or abilities of their children.

Let us discuss some parenting tips to instill confidence in your child.

1. Love your child: This will appear obvious, but many parents do not realize that it is important to express their love for their child. Parents give the children a birth, look after them, love them and nurture them. But being vocal about your love for the child is extremely important. It is when the parents express their love that the children feel protected, confident and worthy of some noble care. Be open to the child and make it feel important. Clearly mention the child how important it is in your life. Children should feel that they are being loved and cared for.

2. Praise the child when needed: It is important to give your child praise when it does achieve something. Be realistic in your praise and give positive feedback.Positive reinforcement makes the child grow further emotionally and psychologically. Praise should not sound like flattery, but the child should feel acknowledged. Even if the child fails in achieving something, do not discourage the child. Instead, appreciate the effort it has put in and encourage it to put in additional effort in the coming days in order to come out in flying colors.

3. Help the child to set realistic goals: Children will have many goals; it is possible that some of them may be too far-fetched. Parents should help them set realistic goals which are achievable in real life. Children should not feel the feeling of failure after some petty failures in life. They should be educated to accept ups and downs in life with a stable mind.

4. Teach children self-love and positive self-talk: Parents should know what self-love and self-talk are before they try to teach their children what these concepts are. One must love one’s own self to become confident. Positive self-talk is also extremely important for realizing one’s strengths and great qualities. Children need to be educated to talk about their positive qualities and achievements. They should be aware of what they are good at. Once they realize their potentials they will work harder and achieve many things in life.

5. Encourage physical activities: Physical health is as important as mental and spiritual health for every human being. Parents should play with the children initially and inculcate in children the habit of staying physically active. Good physical activities not only keep most of the ailments away, but also develop social and interpersonal skills in children. They also learn leadership qualities by engaging in sports.

Parenting is an art which every Tom, Dick and Harry cannot seem to master. Each child is a unique gift of God. Different children need to be treated differently. The onus is on parents as in how their children should be brought up. Good parents ably bring children up as confident, responsible future citizens of the country.
